Kinda reminds me of Kobe bufkin. A skinny second year guard who’s a solid passer and can score on all 3 levels. He’s not a great defender prone to bite on change of direction moves. He’s also skinny. His next step will be becoming a better shooter. He’s way too reliant on the mid range.

PG/SG - HT: 6’3” - WING: 6’3” - WT: 175 - A: 20y

  • Combo guard who can get to the rim at ease, could lead the league in drives/game

    • Bucket getter who draws TONS of fouls

    • Shiftiest guy in the NCAA?

    • Solid defender

    • Inefficient scorer, unsure his FTA rate will translate with better NBA defense

    • Poor measurables

    • Turnover prone, not nearly as good a playmaker as you’d like for a guy who can get to the rim at will. The shot’s going up.

    • Doesn’t have the jump shot to balance his game and a poor FT shooter when he gets to the line

    • Shades of Little SGA, Tre Mann, DeAaron Fox without size, a shot, or much playmaking

Pros: Good length use on drives. Good at drawing contact. Good methodical and productive handles. On ball D has potential and is serviceable right now. Not scared of big defenders, will drive without fear.

Cons: Falls lazy on D sometimes.

Range: Mid 2nd-Return. Age: solid age Aura: 5/10 Spiderman Leadership

Notes: Medium levels of confidence but I see high aura potential. Kind of like A.I with length and worse post moves.

  • After flirting with the 2023 draft Mintz is back at the Cuse for year two. He’s a high scoring combo guard who doesn’t have elite athleticism but is super skilled and crafty with the ball, knows how to play with pace and excels at putting the ball in the basket.

  • He’s part of a dynamic backcourt along with JJ Starling that will have NBA scouts paying close attention.

Classic CBB high-volume producer, arguably empty-calories. Small and skinny, doesn't have the size to be a shooting guard, but probably doesn't have the playmaking vision to play point. Poor 3-point shooter. Syracuse was very mid in both his seasons. At least Caleb Love puts up empty calories on successful teams. Hard to see a winning player here, but the scoring talent is undeniable
