The truth on offense only issue is he is short without a ton of bounce. Shifty and knockdown. Definitely has some Brunson in his game. Shades of Cole Anthony.

  • Best leader in the draft

  • Lots of experience being a leader

  • Puts up numbers when it counts

  • Amazing offensively in every aspect

  • Hustler

  • Does what he can on defense although his size does limit him

  • Passing ability and IQ are through the roof

  • Comp: Jalen Brunson / Cole Anthony / Isaiah Thomas

  • Ceiling: ALL-STAR

  • Floor: Bench

  • Expectation: Borderline ALL-STAR

  • What to Expect: A reliable craft lead PG that with a good roster around him could be a leader on a championship team

Undersized but is shifty and creates well. Knockdown shooter. Very quick. Could be a defensive liability because of his size.

NBA Comp: Jalen Brunson

Comp: Jalen Brunson/Jamal Shead/Isaiah Thomas

  • great at initiating contact with defenders to create shots for himself

  • incredible ability to knock down tough jumpers over great contests

  • elite body control and looks to draw fouls

  • doesn’t shy away from the drive despite small stature; hunts midrange looks

  • uses screens exceptionally well especially as a scorer

  • not incredible finishing at the rim but has good touch and a reliable floater

  • not, and likely never will be, an effective defender whatsoever

  • lack of explosive athleticism

  • at times can force bad shots beyond his capabilities

  • really undersized and already 23

Really good shooter but this is all I think would translate. He is having a down year I don’t think he’s really a prospect. Will be a liability defensively.

My take: Undersized bully ball isn't usually the best plan in the NBA but I think his shooting can make him stick in the league. The problem for him is his low tier athleticism for his size and the fact he will be a defensive liability.
