START OF TIER 11

An underrated player with a case as the top perimeter defender in the second round of this class. His physical tools are absolutely insane, and it is super functional, with Scottie flying around for blocks and steals. Teams just stayed away from him on that end of the floor. He is super raw on offense, with no translatable skills in the half court right now, but eventually you just take a gamble on the tools and defense.

Lewis showed his superior defense at the combine. He has nice quickness as a 6-5 combo guard and can defend on the perimeter. Though not the best shooter, regressing in his sophomore season, he did shoot 36 percent from three in his second season and has elite defensive tools, posting one of the quickest times at the combine. If he improves his shot, he'll be a nice 3&D dude and if not, still a nice defensive dude who just doesn't have anything else to offer, so let's hope he does improve his stroke!
