Brown has been solid as a rock all season long for Murray State. He brings a compelling game of defense, shiftiness, shooting, and basketball IQ. He is able to pick apart defenses like a lock, and find openings. Without question, he is a good bet to get you a bucket. While he hasn’t been the most prolific scorer, he is a very talented shooter. He is great at coming off of off ball screens, which is a small, but necessary skill. His form is smooth, and his shot is pure. His passing isn’t anything special, but he gets the job done on that end. His handle also isn’t amazing, but he has lots of different tools that he uses to score. If a defender overplays him, he can easily get past him to get a midranger, or layup. His defense is above average, and should get him minutes right away. He collects his fair share of steals, and gets a few blocks as well. His understanding of the game is super impressive. Even when he isn’t defending the ball handler, he finds ways to impact the game. With Brown, it’s just the little things that will make him a solid NBA player. He's always aggressive against top tier competition, and has a never back down attitude. He's the kind of guy who loves the spotlight, and competing under pressure. He has had some really big games against top NCAA tournament contenders. This should get him extra attention during March Madness. While he is a bit older, and he is lacking in upside, he has a really high floor. He needs to work on a few aspects of his game, but can become a good role player in a short amount of time.
