I feel like I see Billups chewing out Shaedon for making a mistake more than I see him trying to lift him up. I'm not gonna act like I know what the NBA is like, but it seems like a quick way to lose a player's trust, especially a rookie. It's like the whole "carrot and the stick" thing. Billups seems to use the stick too often and the carrot not enough. Just my two cents.
