This seems like a Win/Win to me.
Jerami Grant and Robert Williams are excellent win now players and appear to be a great fit for a Laker team that wants to contend.
The Blazers get Rui Hachamura, Jarred Vanderbilt & Dalton Knecht in return as great young players to develop. Gabe Vincent comes over to fix the salary of the trade and provides a veteran presence in the locker room. The Blazers move forward a little quicker with their rebuild and officially turn away from tryinfmg to tank. They may still lose games, but the goal officially changes from simply tanking to development and letting the results fall where they may.
I don't believe any picks need to be added here, value seems to be there on all sides.
