The kings are probably gonna have a fire sale at the trade deadline and this way they get players on expiring deals and a future first the blazers do it bc they are unlikely to bring back thybulle and Williams anyway and this way they solidify their bench for not just this year but next year aswell when Damian comes back which would be the real year for contention
