Would these moves make us a Contender? If it's close, what needs adjustment?

This is really two two team trades and a three teamer, not one giant five teamer.

Bulls: -We need our 2024 1st back to trade pick #3 -a 2nd plus #23 seems like enough to get it done

Pacers: -They've been trying to offload Myles Turner for a little while -He seems like a major upgrade over Nurk considering he's a better shooter, more aggressive finisher, great defender, and would probably be more consistent in a winning situation a.k.a. an upgrade in every way -He's a valuable asset so I admit that one first is optimistic and there's probably a competing offer from the Suns that'll be hard to beat

Celtics/Raptors: -Raptors commit to a rebuild, seems like they get enough in young talent, veteran presence, and draft capital and they don't lose Siakam for nothing in a year... I think they definitely say yes -Celtics exchange their two-way guard and some of their deprh for a two-way forward and pure scoring guard in Ant...they probably need to sign a backup two guard -Blazers bring Dame a true second star...nuff said

Signings: -I made Draymond so expensive because I imagine the Blazers would have to outbid the Warriors, but he provides championship experience, what is still high level defense, some play-making ability from the 4, and he's proven he can operate in a well-spaced offense without being a great shooter -Dwight Powell is what I think could be an affordable option (although if Dallas continues to value him highly, he could get more expensive) as a backup PF/C who can ultimately be a quality 3 and D option -Derrick Rose provides veteran experience and guidance as a true point guard who can help facilitate the growth of the young guys in the second unit while also being able to distribute, create for himself, and play some minutes with first unit guys...also I got a soft spot for D Rose ngl -Thybulle brings much needed perimeter D for cheap...nuff said -Jerami turned down about 27 a year because he's looking at taking the max 5 year extension with us (not an option in fanspo because it won't be an option until FA actually starts), so he'll be expensive but he's proven he can be asset here

Starting lineup:

PG: Damian Lillard SG: Jaylen Brown SF: Jerami Grant PF: Draymond Green C: Myles Turner

Second Unit:

PG: Derrick Rose SG: Shaedon Sharpe SF: Matisse Thybulle PF: Trenton Watford (likely out in a 9-man rotation) C: Dwight Powell (likely PF/C in a 9-man rotation)

Side note/PS: Looking at this, it might be worth a vet minimum to bring back Drew and give Chauncey options when it comes to backup bigs and the looks we might wanna run. Plus, Drew really shines in limited minutes.
