They'd pick up: VJ, Demin, Pritch, Scottie Barnes... if they had drank Felix Felicis that day, and everyone else was drunk on life & just wanted to make everyone happy. Because there's no way any of these teams are parting with these players, Toronto's not giving up Scottie, Celts aren't giving up Pritch, Sixers aren't giving up Maxey or VJ, and Brooklyn definitely isn't giving up Demin either. Especially not for Portland's players in return. Maybe those teams would consider it if Minnesota is moving Ant. Or Thunder giving away J Dub or the Rockets Amen. But I'm sure there's still [many] Portland fans that wouldn't do this.

Celtics don't do this. We're not trading Pritch. Not even for Maxey, even if he was getting paid Payton's contract. But suppose Blazers just get what they want in this scenario. I think they're one piece away from having a GREAT team. Blazers' point guards would lowkey be unreal, and VJ is gunna be better than Scoot & Shaedon. I don't even want to let Pritchard go tho.
