My perspective on Scoot has changed. Shae, Tou, and Clingan are essential now and in the future. But Scoot...? He can't shoot, can't defend, and can't finish.
I'm not giving up yet. However, if we can draft Egor Demin in the next draft, a shift in direction is possible. He's an excellent perimeter defender, passer, shooter, and has great size.
It would be fine to round out the lineup with a smaller 3&D guard like Melton for Demin, Shae, Tou, and Clingan. With Scoot, it wouldn't work the same way. I prefer Demin over Flagg or Bailey for this team. If that’s the case, selling Scoot sooner rather than later would be best. This trade is envisioned assuming Demin's selection actually happens.
DFS would be handed over to the third team.

Many, many picks. They use them to acquire a promising former 3rd overall pick. If they draft a wing with their own pick, the rebuild will accelerate.
However, some people might feel that 3 FRPs is an overpayment for Scoot.
