I'm assuming Portland get #7-9 which is really likely and there is no one in that range that is going to be better than Ayton any time soon so Phoenix get that and Portland get a fringe all-star.

Portland can select someone for Phoenix then do this sign-and-trade, which by the way is great for Phoenix because sign-and-trades usually don't serve much value.
