Before yall start with the bullshit, this man just average 25,13 and 3 and might get shipped out... This is a pretty cheap price if Utah accept and if they don't I'd add a first round pick more. KAT is in his prime and has a pretty expensive contract yes BUT Deni and Clingan won't be getting paid until that offseason, Sharpe and Scoot are the only ones getting extensions before then, also Camara but I don't think it'll be over 20 million. Look at this INSANE lineup:

Scoot Henderson, Shaedon Sharpe, Deni Avdija, Karl Anthony-Towns, Donovan Clingan

Free Agent Veteran Point Guard (or Thybulle trade for someone like Lonzo), Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Toumani Camara, Jerami Grant, Robert Williams III

Clingan is basically Gobert light, and the bench and developing young players with leaps will make this next years Rockets team, in my opinion a top 3-5 team in a stacked Western Conference.

Knicks do this to extend Collins and Kessler with pretty cheap contracts as they will need to extend Bridges to an insane contract which in my opinion he isn't worth but after the trade they have no choice...
