EXCHANGE THE 2021 MINNESOTA PICK WITH A 2ND ROUND PICK FROM THE WARRIORS.
It was reported that Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis have a somewhat, "dust-up relationship". On the court, you couldn't even tell their friendship is rocky because they play so well together, however, off-court problems may result in the Mavs not reaching their ceiling. So the Mavs have a choice. 1. Try to rebuild the Doncic-Porzingis friendship. But if that doesn't work. 2. Trade Porzingis. The Mavs may have to choose between Porzingis and Luka... and that's a pretty easy choice. They must rebuild around Luka, and that means getting rid of Porzingis(Although. It may not be as serious as many presume it is)

Warriors
The Warriors acquire a legit floor-spacing big man to pair up with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green. Porzingis would fit perfectly in the Warriors system, and since he would have Looney and Green, Porzingis wouldn't feel the pressure of having to defend at an elite level. His shooting touch would make the Warriors one of the most elite offensive teams in the league. They also get a young guard Tyrell Terry, who they can develop to be a key part of their rotation. The Warriors would have the bird rights on Kelly Oubre Jr, so they can simply bring him back and promise that he will be a starter. Lastly, Paschall should be traded because he is inconsistent in his role on the warriors. I believe it's mostly due to the fact that he simply does not fit within Steve Kerr's system.
Starters: Stephen Curry - Klay Thompson - Kelly Oubre Jr - Draymond Green - Kristaps Porzingis.
Bench consist of Jordan Poole, Damion Lee, Kent Bazemore, Kevon Looney, and James Wiseman.
Mavs
The Mavericks acquire CJ McCollum, Eric Paschall, and a valuable first-round pick for Porzingis and Terry. McCollum would greatly help the Mavs offense due to his ability to take over games, create for himself, and play exceptional off-ball. He would ease the offensive load off of Luka Doncic and allow Doncic to be the primary playmaker, not the primary scorer. Paschall fits in the Mavs timeline, and he would be a great offensive player off the bench for the Mavs. He also defends the perimeter pretty well, so the Mavs would have interchangeable lineups with him. The Mavs would also need Richaun Holmes to lock down the paint, catch lobs, and bring the energy. He may not have the offensive game of Porzingis, but he will bring the offense that is much needed. Rudy Gay helps solidify the SF/PF position and he brings consistent game on both sides of the floor. I believe the Mavs would be one of the deepest and interesting teams in the league.
Starters: Luka Doncic - CJ McCollum - Josh Richardson - Maxi Kleber - Richaun Holmes
Bench consists of: Jalen Brunson, JJ Redick, Trey Burke, Rudy Gay, Eric Paschall, Dwight Powell, Willie Cauley-Stein, and Dorian Finney-Smith.
Blazers
The Blazers' guard trio cannot continue for another year. They simply must trade CJ McCollum for a forward, specifically a defensive-minded SF. Andrew Wiggins' contract is extreme, but it might be worth it. He was once considered the worst defender in the league. Now... he has emerged as Golden State’s best answer to stop the NBA’s top scorers. He has been able to defend Damian Lillard, CJ McCollum, Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, Pascal Siakam and other top scorers with his strength, quickness, and length. This year, when Kawhi Leonard is guard by Andrew Wiggins, Kawhi has gotten: 4 points. 5 turnovers. 2-12 FG(16.7%) from the field. 0-4 3P%. He would be a terrific fit alongside Powell, Covington, and Nurkic defensively. And his offense isn't shabby either. He can be the consistent 3rd option the Blazers would want.
Starters: Damian Lillard - Norman Powell - Andrew Wiggins - Robert Covington - Jusuf Nurkic
Bench consist of: Anfernee Simons, Avery Bradley, Derrick Jones Jr, Nassir Little Carmelo Anthony, and JaVale McGee
