It is challenging to make trades at this stage of the game. Just read an article encouraging the Cavs to trade Levert for a 3&D Wing. I have had my eyes on DeAndre Hunter for awhile.

The cap situation is challenging since the Cavs and Hawks can't take much extra cap ( usually S&T you can only take close to half cap back)

The jazz are included so the hawks do not take on extra salary close to the tax and the Cavs can maintain only taking about half of Okoros salary back.

This would turn Strus into the 6th man. Last SF spot likely for Bates or Travers. Only last need is a third body that can play Center.
