This trade would be broken into two: PP and a 2nd for Vanderbilt then a 2nd for Gay. Celtics use most of their 17.1mil TPE.

I hate trading away PP, but feel that Vanderbilt would be a good 4th big (aside from lack of a shot) and Gay would provide good wing depth with switchability.

I'm not sure how the Jazz value these guys. Vanderbilt is a good player, but he's a role player, and that makes less sense if Jazz are rebuilding. I'm assuming the Jazz blow it up for those trade.

What do you guys think?
