MTG: Yeah, I am your co-host and joining us, Asparagus insider, KTB!

KTB: Glad to be here.

TO: So the season is over and the Mavs just came back from a 3-0 deficit to win the finals, but apart from that, what are your thoughts on the Albuquerque Apsargus’s season?

MTG: 16-66 isn’t good at all but you didn’t expect them to be good at all.

KTB: in a stacked draft, all you need is good picks and that’s what they are getting,

MTG: Yup, and plus they have a young core and MIP Desmond Bane!

TO: Thoughts on Bane’s MIP

KTB: Much deserved, not a crazy scorer but way more efficient and way more of a teammate. Beautiful to see Bane progressing.

MTG: Well said.

TO: Yeah, and with Earl Jenkins making all rookie 2nd team the future looks bright!

KTB: If they can hold on to him...

MTG: Him, Vanvleet, Boucher, and Durmanenko and Justin Holiday all wilt expiring contracts is definitely scary.

TO: Who would you say is most important?

MTG: Jenkins.

KTB: Boucher might be. He was cooking down low on both sides of the ball. Key player for the Asparagus.

TO: Totally but I agree with MTG. Do you think they try and resign VanVleet?

KTB: Depends who they draft.

TO: If they draft Harper then no probably but otherwise?

MTG: He’s not a priority to say the least.

KTB: Can’t agree more.

TO: I think Durmanenko can walk though. Great when he plays but hardly plays.

MTG: That was a theme with the squad, always injured.

KTB: Bane was the only player to play 82 games.

TO: Hopefully we see a better year next year than worst in the league!

KTB: Still have to step out from behind the Tampa Bay Sharks, who seem to be doing great but they did lose in the play-in.

MTG: I believe in OnFire, plus Underwood is a great coach and he still has a long time left!

TO: Yep. Any closing words?
