The Mavs get Austin Reaves a guard who takes the load of Irving during his absence. They still get picks out of the deal but they're just pick swaps. They also already Gafford at there center spot.

Blazers:

They get Collin Sexton who can be a replacement of Simons and they get Knecht, O-Max, and Jaden Hardy. They also get depth in Vanderbilt and future draft picks.

Jazz:

Get a solid forward pair with Lauri Markkanen with Rui Hachimura. They also get future draft picks in this trade.
