Heat: They get Brodgon and 2 srps while giving up only Lowry from the players assets. Those swaps is for sure a big gamble but they would have to include them to any other deal to improve the championship odds

Blazers: Get Lowry who is an elite mentor for Scoot while those swaps may make this deal one of the biggest robberies of this decade. The deal is risky on their side too as they may end up giving brogdon and 2 srps for nothing but imo the 2 potential top 5 picks are worth it
