I think this is pretty even for both teams

Currently the Pels are at the salary cap without an experiences PG. This trade gives them a good young C in Nick Richards as well as a vet PG in Terry Rozier. Both players are on 3 year contracts which would allow Pels to not run into any issues with going into the luxury tax. Additionally they get a protected pick from Charlotte.

Charlotte get Trey Murphy who's already an amazing player which they could pair alongside Brandon Miller in the forward positions. They get Jordan Miller who would be a great wing player off the bench as well as gain Kira as a B/U PG for LaMelo.
