Orlando Magic is the worst 3pt shooting team in the league, is desperately needing shooting for years. That known, they got 2 great shooters in Tyus Jones and Corey Kispert.

For the Wizards, 3 picks (includind a 1st), a guard at the same level as Tyus, and a possibily usable 3&D (maybe not) with Chuma Okeke.

The wizards are bad, trading some good players fore more pick depht could be nice for their future.

Tyus and Fultz are basically at the same level, so this trade is Kispert for Chuma and 3 picks, and for me, that's pretty fair.
