LAL: Can't afford the atrocious defensive lapses by Rui in playoffs (who didn't play great under the pressure either), swaps him out for lower-offensive-upside but stable 3-D wing DFS can play 3/4. CThomas and D'Ron will be important bench pieces. Schroeder (expiring) 3rd time a charm and better offensive attack than Gabe. If CThomas can give his iso/unassisted 10ppg for this team would be huge for LBJ/AD to take some offensive posessions off save energy. This group needs to better preserve LBJ/AD for playoffs. Pressure on JVand to step up and perform as back healthy.

BKN: gets younger solid long-term prospect Rui (Asian appeal to % of BKN fanbase) swap for DFS. Gabe affordable solid lockerroom/floorleader for a building squad with less attitude than Schroeder (or CThomas for that matter, also shipped). JHS/Wood get reps to compete for a contract as we're buried in Laker rotation. None of these players will affect the 2025 tank and another 2025 SRP attained (two SRP total). I could easily see BKN wanting a FRP over two SRP.
