JCollins is frontcourt swiss-army knife (can play 3/4/5) they need along woth Kessler to help reduce Joker/Gordon regular season minutes (especially with frp DHolmes season-ending injury). Clarkson proven offensive sparkplug needed as team at times struggled to score with Murray on the bench. Three critical depth pieces lessens regular season pressure on young PWatson and Braun as well (with Russ signing) helping preserve JMurray. Can see DEN resting Joker/Murray/Gordon on some back-to-backs this year after (Joker/Murray) the longer Olympic summer.

UTA: gets longterm foundational piece MPJ to fit the elite size/length/shooting core of 1 in Markaanen. Nnaji is solid backup development piece behind Markaanen. Glad to get off JCollins/Clarkson who did not have terribly active trade markets. Keep the tank in place this year, then off to the races after strong 2025 draft. MPJ uses this season to get reps playmaking (needs improvement).
