The blazers trade Simons for three vets who probably fit better next to Dame and Sharpe. Their next trade would be trading down in this years draft in order to dump Nurkic (pretend their 2024 pick is actually their 2023 pick). The Free agent signings are probably illegal I’m not sure how fansp does the cap space but there is no way that Portland could afford all those guys.
