Heat- Terry turned out to not be a great fit with the Heat so they get what they can. Anthony is a young guard who fits in with the heat culture. He’s a hard nosed PG who can score, defend, and his passing is decent. The Heat can hopefully get something out of Jett Howard and Da Silva is a nice young piece. They push for playoffs now but also build for the future around Anthony, Herro, Dasilva, Bam, and Kelel Ware.

Magic- The magic need a scoring guard who can take the load off of Paolo and Wagner so they can be more efficient scorers. Suggs is a great player but his scoring and play making ability are limited. Terry gives them a guard who can put up solid scoring numbers and go off any given night. He also averaged 5.6 assists last year which would provide much needed passing to a Magic team with little passing ability with their guards. Suggs can play next to Terry so cover up his defensive liabilities as well. The second round pick is also a sweetener in the deal.
