I could legitimately see Luka Doncic, Joel Embiid, And Giannis Antetokounmpo being traded in the next year or 2. So why not make a huge trade like this?

Luka for Embiid and more. In this scenario the Sixers would trade James Harden, as a Luka and Maxey back court would still keep Philadelphia in contention.

If Luka wants out of Dallas, getting the reigning MVP and picks is a crazy haul. Kyrie and Embiid would be unstoppable and Dallas would still be a very solid team.

Giannis is in a weird spot. The Bucks are still great, but aging and he didn’t give any commitment to the franchise. If they sense he’s on his way out, the trading him for 6 FRP’s, including their own back, is solid. But add in Zion Williamson and that’s a massive return. If he stays healthy this trade will look great.

Pelicans upgrade to favorites status by getting a top 2 player. They also keep most of their picks and depth. Can you imagine this team? They’d be a dynasty.
