Note: Mavs would have to give up some other players to match salaries but that’s not a big deal.

Since both of these teams are still looking to compete, why not make a swap where the fit is a little better? For the Mavericks, KD is a better offensive player than AD, and they already have a great big man rotation in Lively and Gafford. It’d give them a more versatile lineup that could still somewhat be a threat until Kyrie comes back. Plus those two already looked elite in Brooklyn when on the court.

The Suns center rotation has been an issue all season. Richards isn’t bad but he’s best as a backup. AD would come in and give them what they need on both ends. His presence inside could make things a lot easier for Booker on the perimeter and the PnR game, but more importantly his defense and rebounding dominance is what Phoenix needs. In fact, they could even play two bigs at the same time With Dunn and I think it would be a better combination from what they have now. Plus the mavericks…

Portland has been playing better, 15-6 in their last 25, including like a 10-1 stretch at one point. But they’re 4 games back.

Dallas lost Kyrie, Lively, Gafford, maybe even AD, but they’re about 1.5 games in front of the next team. However, they are relying on Klay Thompson as the #1 😭.

Atlanta Falcons will cut Kirk Cousins because they have Michael Penix, and I predict he will go to…the Cleveland Browns. On a Russ minimum deal, it would be worth it for one year. Shouldn’t be too big.

The Browns will also take Quinn Ewers from Texas in the second round, my 4th ranked QB, Ewers has some flaws of course, but I can see him fitting in Stefanski’s offense. Kirk isn’t going to a long term option, Ewers could be though.

Indianapolis Colts will stick with Anthony Richardson, BUT they’ll bring in some vet to back him up and mentor him. He still needs work, but drafting him clearly showed their patience. Idk who it would be though…Brissett?

Las Vegas Raiders: No team needs a QB more than the Raiders. This seem like a team that could draft a QB. While I’m not …
