NOP: gets pure point guard to feed Zion and Tre ... Garland also gets back to playmaking as out from under DMitchell shadow. NOP roster has defenivee chops to make up for Garland's weakness there. Were question of fit with DeJounte/Zion anyways.

CLE: Cost saving $9mm against 2nd apron and a better defensive perimeter compliment; DMitchell high usage rate means CLE can get away with not 'pure' point guard (though DeJounte still gets solid assist numbers nightly). Allows Mitchell to conserve energy for late game. Also get added flex (2yr in, 3yr out)
