Kyrie leaves the Nets and KD forces a trade to the Blazers. Blazers would still need to give up the world for KD because he is about to start his 4 year extension. They give up their young players in Ant, Sharpe, Nas, Watford, a contract and tradable asset in Hart, 2 first round picks, and 3 pick swaps. This is a reasonable return for a team that need to reload on assets and still has a young "star" in Simmons on their roster. Plus this is literally the most the Blazers can legally give up, aside from adding in seconds, so if KD is forcing his was to Portland they will take the offer.
This Thybulle trade has been heavily rumored, a similar trade to the Grant trade, where the Sixers do the trade to clear up cap using the Blazers trade exception. Obviously Thybulle is not worth as much as Grant however, so it will likely happen for 1 or 2 seconds.
They re-sign Nurk for around $15-18 mil per year for 3 years, and Ingles for around $7-$10 mil per year using their Bird rights. They keep Bledsoe because he will be more willing to play a back-up role for a contending team, while paying his full $19.3 mil. They sign Ibaka using the tax payer MLE, getting a stretch big that can play defense and has championship experience.
