Achiuwa is not an optimal fit for a team built around Scottie Barnes. They bring in 2 second round picks to find a diamond in the rough. The Celtics need a frontcourt player to eat up minutes off the bench, he's also young so there is some upside too. He isn't going to give much offensively, but he is a high level defender and rebounder. They need someone other than Luke Kornet to soak up 10-15 mins when KP and Horford are off the floor.
