This trade basically makes the Wizards sellers, Hawks and Lakers would take advantage of this. Lakers solve one of their problems 3pt shooting (they can make a trade package around rui for a center) and the Hawks gets backup for Trae and they get younger in the front court. Wizards basically tanks and gets picks for their role players, and a pg like Dlo would organize their offense, Capela can be flipped later or just keep him for defense.
