Now I know this might seem like a crazy deal for the Cavaliers especially. But Cavaliers beat reporters seem to think that Garland's days in Cleveland could be numbered. Also it looks like the Cavaliers REALLY want Jalen Suggs. So this is a partial salary dump on Cleveland's end, they get Suggs or move up to get Suggs if they can't get him from where they are. Getting Garland and Nance for pick 7 doesn't seem like a big price to pay.

Note this deal only happens if the Cavaliers stay in the top 5 and Raptors don't move up.
