This trade is from a Hawks perspective but I'll "show my work" for the others too.

The Jazz replace Rudy with a lesser but still very good starting C. I'm not a John Collins fan and think he's a high paid role player but maybe he spreads his offensive wings more in Utah.

I think Jerami Grant is also a highly paid role player and that the $100-110M, primary option demands are kinda wild but his defensive skillset is needed in ATL. The 16th pick and salary filler is all Detroit should really get for him. If it's not enough, there's likely someone ATL can draft to do that job instead.

The Hawks should go all in on defense if they can't get another reliable creator. Bogi at the SG will have to suffice for now but Hunter, Grant and Gobert to fill the starters is still very good. Rudy Gay is for filler but good to have after dealing Gallo. Replace with Nickeil if desired.
