1st Trade: LAL will send 2 expiring contacts in Bev and Nunn that are just being used as salary filler, and their unprotected 2027 1st to the ORL Magic in return for Bamba and Ross.

Explanation: Bamba is getting little to no playing time on the ORL team so it wouldn't be hard to get him, Ross also isn't their top priority since he is in his 30s. A valuable post LBJ and AD 2027 pick should be more than enough to attain them. And plus Bev would be a great presence for the young guys on that team. But ofc ORL can easily buy Nunn and Bev out since they wouldn't be playing either.

2nd Trade: LAL will send Russ a their top 5 protected 2029 1st to CHA Hornets in exchange for Terry Rozier and Hayward.

Explanation: CHA are not contending anytime soon and have 2 big problems. The first is Haywards availability had been a disappointment and is getting overpaid. Terry is also getting overpaid and has 4yrs left on his contract. Not many teams will want to take on those contracts. With Russ on the team they get the availability of a star every night that has proved this season that he can still contribute to wins. And because of his expiring contract they can basically erase and save money from not paying Terry and extra 3 yrs. And ontop of that they still get a valuable pick from LAL.
