The Raptors get a great fit next to Scottie in Ju, as he can space the floor, or score in the paint, but isn't that good, so Toronto can continue their tank. The Pelicans move off Bi, get a big than can shoot, pass and somewhat protect the rim in Kelly Olynyk to pair with Zion. Plus they get BB to compensate the depth they lost via the DJM trade. The Knicks get a true #2 scorer in BI, plus he's long enough(pause) to play the 4. Or in certain lineups play the 3. Plus he's an impending FA and if they Knicks don't want to give him the max that BI wants, they can let him walk/S&T him next offseason.
