The Grizzlies are right in the mix of a championship and being serious contenders for the next 5 years, but they need to take advantage of the expiring contracts in Green and Brooks. DeMar would give them a seasoned vet at the SF position to help them come play-off time. Aldama and Zaire would be missed, but they would still have the best depth in the NBA. They give up 3 firsts because to be real all of those picks have minimum value because they are all going to be in the 20's. Drummond would also fill out a back-up C role that would help provide a Steven Adams like presence from a rebounding perspective for the bench unit. Overall I think this would put them amongst the elite contenders for at least the next 2 seasons.
