Atlanta get a mid lottery pick this year and a project with a lot of upside in Jalen Green to play off of Trae.

They also get a bunch of cap relief since Oladipo and Jock are both expiring (Jock is non guaranteed after the first year). Tate is nothing to scoff at either and should provide a good defensive presence off the bench.

Houston make out like bandits (I'm unashamedly bias). I'm warming to the idea of Murray starting at the two with Ime putting faith in him to play a bit more with FFV on the bench (who's leading the league in minutes). Hartenstein and Grimes are the perfect bench compliments for this team.

This all depends on how New York feel about Clint. He's an upgrade over Hartenstein imo, but maybe not enough to balance out including Grimes. The seconds may help but it may take more.. (and no Grimes isn't worth any of the other young Rockets pieces).
