If they dont want to go for Capela which should cost a frp, I think Loon will be a great alternative option. Should not cost a frp, while costing less money which they only to give up Poku who they dont use
Loon will provide the rebounding and the toughness alongside Chet who will help out the spacing and rim protection, sth that Loon never had. Offensively Loon will provide experienced screen setting, for SGA... i alrdy can tell that it might be super scary if Shai got such screeners beside him to help out
OKC will be in the playoffs since the CP3 year, while being a young team with passion can be a successful key, hving experienced vets never hurts a team, and Kevon, with 3 rings, and so many years of playoff experience certainly is one of the best out there to do it
Warriors:
Dont get me wrong, Loon is gd, he's very gd but it's just simply not that gd of a fit anymore. Guys like Klay regressed, you just simply need more from the C spot in order to be successful again. Looney cant shoot, cant rlly catch lobs, cant protect the rim as well. TJD so far has arguably been a better guy for the Dubs. While Saric cant defend well but always does a great job offensively, very skilled and can shoot well, I think this means Looney is expandable
Some selling moves has to be made for this season, it's not worth it anymore to go for anything this season as hate to say it, but we just know we are not even gonna be in the playoffs probably
Here they will open up big man mins, making the rotation of the bigs Dray and Saric starting, and TJD and newly acquired Poku, off the bench. Poku is not needed in OKC, but maybe he can contribute in Dubs. Ay we said we want a 7'0 offensive guy and we know Lauri isnt available, so lets get Poku!!!
All jokes aside, I love how Poku will fit in Golden State, 7'0, sth that we dont have for a while. He still is quite skilled of a player, if we use him right he might develop to sth that we actually can use. Can shoot, got some passing ability, dribble the ball a little bit. Defensively and toughness TJD will be a great guy beside to help out.
We're not gonna be hving any success this season alrdy, so yea, get some srps back, use more of the young guys, and build for the future
