Lowry promised to end his career in Toronto and Rozier would like to play for the Heat so:

• Heat acquire a better PG than Lowry;

• The Hornets dump Rozier contract and get something in return

• The Raptors gets an additional first round picks from the original Siakam trade and an expiring contract
