Why for each:

Wizards: Allen is a needed established rim protector who is hitting the start of his prime. He'd be a nice addition to a young team that desperately needs defense and will be adding another top 5 pick. Coulibaly showed promise and this opens up more time for him. Topic, Saar, Sheppard, and Risacher would all still be good fits.

Cavs: Add the 3/4 they've desperately been missing, the #26 pick in the draft, and a developmental backup C in Vukcevic. This would give the Cavs #26 and #20 plus other players to work with in trades.
