if the kings are seriously shopping fox, raps could use that as leverage as that proves fox is not a star to build around unlike siakam. although siakam is worse than fox, he hasn't been shoppped as he is still viewed as a "franchise player for the raptors", although it's more than likely false internally. however, knowing that the kings are shopping deaaron the raptors could use the argument that fox is a 2nd option and siakam is a 1st so why should they give up extra assets. kings could use the argument about last season but raptors could use the counter argument of how siakam has been doing this szn and the year before last year. raps could get away from not giving away a lot of pick. although if you ask me fox is better, i could see how the raps could potentially win this trade over sac. also with fox having a down year too the raps could use that as leverage too.
