The Blazers are a young rebuilding team with a bright future. With a few trades their future could be as bright as a team like OKC or the Jazz. The Thunder are a little bit ahead because of their young players are blossoming. But the Blazers have two guys, Scoot and Ayton who still have high end potential despite disappointing first years with the team. These trades inject youth picks and maybe a vet or two to mentor young guys.
