Seen this trade so many times and can't understand why the Rockets would do this

Maybe I rate Jalen Green too high, but I can't understand what is the improvement on the Rockets side in changing Jalen Green for Mikal Bridges while getting rid of some of the most valuable picks available in future drafts. In any case, the Nets should compensate the Rockets with draft assets in this trade. Can't see Mikal Bridges being more than a third option on offense in a candidate team. Yes, he has DPOY-level, but what the Rockets need is offense and playmakers, and Mikal struggled at the Nets with him being the second option on offense.

Also, if this trade proposal ever arrived to the Nets office, how can you decline it? Getting all your picks back while receiving a 22 year old, 20 PPG scorer with some defensive improvements made, for a player that don't fit the timeline and isn't even playing good for the franchise. If I was Sean Marks, I'd do it every day of the week (maybe that's why I'm home and not in a NBA front office hahahahaha)
