Lakers Acquire High Quality Bench Depth

I wish the Lakers had an extra srp to throw in this trade, but from what I've seen, they cannot trade the 2027 srp bc of some restrictions pertaining to the 2027 frp trade to the Jazz.

Starters: Reaves, Max, DFS, Lebron, AD Bench: PG Mitchell, SG Knecht/Milton, SF Reddish, PF Vando/Boucher, C Poeltl

The Lakers lose two rotation players in Rui and Gabe, but I think they fill all of the remaining roster needs. Mitchell seems to be built in the same mold as Vincent, but seems more tenacious and athletic while being a bit younger and probably a better passer/ball handler. Boucher can fill most of the Vando minutes while he comes back from injury, and I could see him being an incredibly important piece. Boucher could play some small ball center in certain lineups, and I could envision him playing next to AD and Lebron similar to how DFS fits currently. Lastly, Poeltl is the bruising big that can give us a scoring, defensive and rebounding punch off the bench or next to AD when going up against a bigger center. With this trade, the Lakers open up two open roster spots to maybe make Koloko a guaranteed contract, and sign another guard off the bench for depth.

The way I see the breakdown for player value goes as such:

Chris Boucher: 2 srps Poeltl and Mitchell: 1 unprotected frp + JHS (1 srp value?)

I wish the lakers had another srp to throw in to the trade to account for the long term money the raptors are taking on. It's not terrible, as Rui and Gabe combined are more expensive than Poeltl, but their contracts are both a year shorter. I could see Rui and Gabe fetching the raptors are few more srps next year when their contracts become expirings.
