ATL: gets hometown Scoot as no guarantee CJ (UFA) returns ... Thybulle (French) mentors Risacher, and JGrant more of a polished/versatile commodity than Kuminga at this point for a team trying to compete (Kuminga, who will never get minutes over JJ, will likely start pouting).
