Semi-Realistic Trade? Thoughts from Pacers/Nets fans? * Would be done as separate trades*

The Lakers don't have as many picks as other NBA teams, but this is my ideal / very optimistic hope for how the Lakers could transform their team.

In terms of contracts, I think Dlo and another expiring works for Indiana, but I wonder if an unprotected first round pick and a few seconds would be the most competitive package. Could see Turner fetching several protected first rounds picks. I think what works in the Lakers favor is their ability to match his 19.0 mil contract with a high likelihood of resigning him I the offseason. I don't see many other contenders able to match that salary while also having the ability to resign him.

The Nets trade would also be quite difficult to pull off. I think Gabe Vincent is definitely a negative value contract, but I'm not sure about Vanderbilt. He's struggled with injuries, but when he's on the floor he's an elite defender and still pretty young. I think Vanderbilt and the other players (not including Vincent) can be seen as net neutral contracts. They're expiring or players another team may have interested in resigning, especially JHS. Schroeder, DFS, and Sharpe are going to be highly sought after but I don't think any team would shell out more than two unprotected first rounds picks + some seconds or another heavily protected first for that trio of players. I think it really depends on how poorly the Nets view the Vincent contract, and if they value Vanderbilt and JHS. Also just want to say, Cam has been killing it, especially for his contract.

As a Lakers fan I think this trade fixes all of our needs.

Starters:

Reaves, Lebron, DFS, AD, Turner

Bench:

Schroeder, Christie, Knecht, Rui, Sharpe

I would confidently say this is about as close as you could get to a balanced team. I've always been in favor of trading for depth rather than a star.
