POR: Scoot gonna have hard time finding consistent minutes behind Jrue/Dame, PTL opts to swap for super 6th man CJ (no longterm extension concern on a 2/$30mm deal) to finish his career in PTL. Newell adds some length off the bench with Cissoko. Gets a 2nd for extra fodder to try eventually move off JGrant.

ATL: goes youth movement bringing Scoot back to the ATL (homecooking will help his focus). Picks up Thybulle to bolster perimiter and to mentor Risacher.
