Cavs: Become Serious contenders. They give up basically their future for this but it's worth it. Lineup: Garland-Mitchell-Levert-Love(probably)-Mobley. Pretty solid if you ask me.

Jazz: Welcome to the rebuild stage, Jazz! Or wait, maybe not! They wont be contenders, but they have a decent frontcourt with Allen-Markakken-Agbaji. There is a mystery at backcourt, but maybe they could sign Colin Sexton? That would be Ironic.
