Just kind of a fun idea, don’t necessarily think it’s realistic. This trade would assume Amen and Anthony Black are both off the table.

I’m a Pacer fan and love Nembhard, but also see starting PG potential so I think his future with the Pacers is best as an asset. Plus, I just think it would be cool to get 2 of Ausar, Walker, Hendricks, or Dick (like the role he’s play in Indy). I do think some sort of extra asset would need to go to Washington but could argue which pick/what protections. This could be one of those big moves Pritchard has teased.

For Washington, they get a talented young PG with starting experience and his price tag is perfect for that cap sheet. Not to mention his play style and defensive abilities are great next to Beal. Once again, this assumes Black and Amen are off the table as their ceilings are much higher.
