Lakers- LA only has a few years maximum of LeBron and AD as all nba level players. This is a massive swing to form a big 3 with Curry, AD, and LeBron. This would make them title contenders and would give them the best high end talent in the league. They risk a lot of their future with draft picks and young talent such as Knecht, but they must maximize the last years of LeBron and AD.

Warriors- it’s the end of an era in Golden State and they won’t be true contenders with Curry again. This way Curry can squeeze the last few years of all nba level play on a contending team and the Warriors can hit the reset button. They land draft capital that could be very valuable considering LeBron and Curry may be retired by the time those drafts come. They also land Knecht who they can build around as a core member of the future with Podz, Kuminga, and Moody. Dlo, Rui, and Vincent can all be kept as part of the team long term or be flipped for more draft capita and young prospects. This would put Golden State in a great position over the next few years to rebuild and get back to contention in the West.
