Pick number 2: Zaccharie Risacher Pick number 3: Donovan Clingan Pick number 51: Jonathan Mogbo (two-way contract)

PG: DLo/Poole/Butler SG: Bilal/Trent/Davis SF: Risacher/Hardaway/Omoruyi PF: Tate/Bagley/Nwora C: Clingan/Landale/Holmes

In this case: -The 76ers lose Tobias Harris to a team with cap space (¿Pistons?) and go for Kuzma -The Bulls decide to start rebuilding, so they trade Caruso, Craig and many other valuable veterans -The Rockets need to shorten their roster (too many starter/rotational caliber player and no minutes for all of them). By trading some of these contracts with the #3 pick, they could strenghten their 10-man rotation to fight for a Play-In spot -The Wizards decide to not extend Kispert and trade him for a first round pick and an expiring veteran contract while he fits perfectly in Dallas

By overpaying DLo (can add a last-year team option to the contract) and signing Gary Trent Jr, and with Atlanta and Chicago probably starting a rebuild, the Wizards could have a competitive team able to fight for a Play-In spot in a weak Eastern Conference, while still keeping cap space for next season to spend on a free agency that will likely include Ingram, Jamal Murray, Derrick White, Markkanen and the 2021 Draft restricted free agents
